Eddy Render doesn't respect Camera 'window offset' settings

Eddy renders the same output regardless of what you set on the Camera’s ‘window_offset’. We use window offsets to match 2D post-moves. Possibly related to previous bug report regarding Camera ‘Look’ input.

This is now supported in the recently released Eddy for Nuke 2.2.2.
