I just checked and your email arrived at 2 am in the morning here in New Zealand on a weekend, hence the slower reply. Considering that you won the Eddy license in a contest held by a reseller, we suggest to contact the reseller directly, so they can go through the process of a node-locked license transfer with you. We’ll then work with them and issue them a new license once this all has been cleared.
